Dear Users,   To optimize the data structure and enhance your data retrieval and analysis efficiency, we will make an adjustment to the classification hierarchy of "Rare Earth" data.

Dear Users,
To optimize the data structure and enhance your data retrieval and analysis efficiency, we will make an adjustment to the classification hierarchy of "Rare Earth" data.

Comparison of Adjustment Details:
Before Adjustment

After Adjustment

Effective Date of Adjustment:
November 14, 2025

Reasons for Adjustment:
1. Significant Increase in Data Importance: As a critical strategic resource and the "vitamin" of modern industry, the depth, breadth, and value of rare earth-related data have become increasingly prominent. Elevating it to a first-level classification will more accurately reflect its core position in our data system.
2. Sustained Growth in User Attention: We have observed a substantial increase in the frequency of queries, depth of analysis, and overall attention to rare earth data in recent years. This adjustment aims to respond to your needs, making the classification structure more aligned with your usage habits and enabling easier and more intuitive access to relevant data.
3. Fundamental Differences in Category Nature: The application fields and market logic of the rare earth category are fundamentally different from those of the traditional "minor metal" category. To adhere to a more scientific and precise industrial classification standard, it has been separated from the "Minor & Precious Metals" category to avoid conceptual confusion.

Impact and Recommendations for You:
• Change in Data Access Path: After the adjustment, you can directly find the "Rare Earth" category under the first-level classification directory of the database, without needing to access it through the "Minor & Precious Metals" hierarchy.
• This adjustment will not result in any loss of historical data; it only changes the classification hierarchy.

We believe this adjustment will provide you with a clearer and more efficient data service experience. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding and support.

USA Rare Earth to Start Commercial Magnet Shipments in April, Aiming for 1,200 mt Annual Capacity by 2027
USA Rare Earth will begin commercial shipments of magnets in April. According to a company statement, the first rare earth magnet production line at its Stillwater, Oklahoma facility has been put into operation and is expected to reach full capacity of 600 mt per year by month-end December. In January this year, USA Rare Earth signed a non-binding agreement with the US Department of Commerce and planned to receive $1.6 billion in funding support to build a mine, thereby providing raw material for its magnet production. USA Rare Earth said that by 2027, the capacity of its Oklahoma magnet plant should reach 1,200 mt per year.

Appia Advances Rare Earths and Uranium Projects in Canada and Brazil, Focusing on EV and Clean Energy Materials
Appia Rare Earths & Uranium Corp. (CSE: API) is advancing its diversified portfolio of rare earth element (REE) and uranium projects in Canada and Brazil, providing materials critical to electrification and clean energy technologies. The company is particularly focused on magnetic rare earths such as neodymium and praseodymium, which are key raw materials for EVs, wind turbines, advanced electronics, as well as uranium. Its flagship Alces Lake project, located in Saskatchewan, hosts high-grade monazite mineralization, with reported total rare earth oxide (TREO) grades of up to 50%. The mineralization occurs at or near surface, enhancing potential economic feasibility and benefiting from proximity to the Saskatchewan Research Council's processing facilities.
