On Nov. 1, Chinese automaker Great Wall Motor (GWM) reported its best-ever October sales performance, with 143,078 vehicles sold, up 22.5% year-on-year.

Beijing (Gasgoo)- On Nov. 1, Chinese automaker Great Wall Motor (GWM) reported its best-ever October sales performance, with 143,078 vehicles sold, up 22.5% year-on-year. From January to October 2025, GWM sold 1,066,436 vehicles, marking a 9.87% increase from a year ago.

In October, GWM's new energy vehicle (NEV) sales reached 46,155 units, surging 44.06% from the previous year, underscoring the brand's continued progress in electrification. Sales of models priced above 200,000 yuan totaled 40,203 units in the past month, which jumped 32.5% year over year, while exports hit a record 57,158 units for the month, indicating a 28.68% year-on-year growth.

By brand performance in October, HAVAL sold 88,235 vehicles (+21.41% YoY); WEY posted sales of 12,699 units (+95.79% YoY); TANK's sales reached 22,306 units (+16.64% YoY); ORA sold 5,648 units (+1.58% YoY); and GWM Pickup recorded monthly sales of 14,088 units (+9.31% YoY).

In the third quarter of 2025, GWM recorded revenue of 61.247 billion yuan, which rose 20.51% year on year and 17.07% quarter on quarter. For the first three quarters of 2025, GWM achieved total revenue of 153.582 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 7.96% and the highest cumulative performance for the period in the company's history.
