["October Peak Season" Heavy-Duty Truck Sales Up 40% YoY, Marking Seven Consecutive Months of Growth]

Driven by the trade-in policy for old trucks, heavy-duty truck sales in October 2025, although not reaching the level of September, still achieved substantial year-on-year growth. According to preliminary data from the First Commercial Vehicle Network, China's heavy-duty truck market sold approximately 93,000 units in October 2025 (wholesale basis, including exports and new energy vehicles), down about 12% month-on-month from September 2025, but surging approximately 40% compared to 66,400 units in the same period last year. To date, the heavy-duty truck market has achieved seven consecutive months of growth—with sales increasing by 6.5% YoY in April, 13.6% in May, 37% in June, 46% in July, 47% in August, 83% in September, and 40% in October. The average growth rate over the past seven months from April to October reached as high as 39%.
