On October 28, Yingkou Maritime Safety Administration, Liaogang Holding (Yingkou) Co., Ltd., and Goldwind Green Energy Chemical Trade (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. formally signed the "Green Methanol Storage and Transportation Safety and Unimpeded Cooperation Agreement." Li Daze, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of Yingkou Maritime Safety Administration; Liu Rixin, Vice President of Goldwind Science&Technology Co., Ltd.; and Cao Yingfeng, Deputy General Manager of Liaogang Group Co., Ltd., attended the signing ceremony. Centered on "information sharing and efficient collaboration," this cooperation will establish a green methanol transportation information sharing platform at Yingkou Port, achieving full visibility and manageability across all storage and transportation links. Simultaneously, a customized "direct entry and berthing, direct departure and exit" green channel will be implemented, combined with supporting services such as traffic organization and weather broadcasts to enhance transit efficiency. Additionally, efforts will be strengthened in storage operation and maintenance, emergency response, and quality control, building a closed-loop system encompassing "transportation-storage-support."
