Recently, the National Intellectual Property Administration announced the list of the first batch of certified Industrial Intellectual Property Operation Centers. The "Rare Earth Functional Materials Industrial Intellectual Property Operation Center," led and spearheaded by the Baotou Rare Earth High-Tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee, was successfully selected.

In this batch, a total of 65 centers nationwide were selected, with three centers from the Autonomous Region making the list. The "Rare Earth Functional Materials Industrial Intellectual Property Operation Center" was among them and was the only selected center in Baotou City.

It is reported that the national-level Industrial Intellectual Property Operation Centers focus on building an intellectual property operation ecosystem for the entire industry chain. They are established with leading enterprises in key industries, industrial parks, industry associations, and scientific research institutions as the main entities. These centers serve as functional platforms for high-quality creation, high-efficiency transformation, collaborative innovation, and risk prevention of industrial intellectual property, and are an important component of the national intellectual property operation system.
