[Public Announcement of 40,000-Ton Annual Power Battery Recycling Project]
A key power battery recycling project in Luoyuan County, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, capable of processing 40,000 tons of waste batteries annually, has been announced. The project focuses on the recycling of ternary waste materials and the production of high-value-added products. It is currently in the public disclosure stage for its environmental impact assessment. The project is being constructed by a company within the existing plant area of the Jingang Industrial Zone in Luoyuan Bay Development Zone. It involves using already-built factory buildings and land parcels to establish a new comprehensive utilization production line for recycling ternary waste materials (lithium batteries). The project covers a land area of 60.95 mu, with a total floor area of 52,587.6 square meters.
[Anhui Billion-Yuan Battery Recycling Project Lands]
Recently, the official website of the Bengbu Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau published the acceptance notice for the environmental impact report of a waste lithium battery comprehensive utilization project. The project is located in the Lingang Industrial Park industrial cluster within the Bengbu Economic Development Zone, Anhui. The total investment is 100 million yuan. The proposed project will be constructed in three phases. The environmental protection investment is 8.61 million yuan, accounting for 8.61% of the total project investment. Phase I focuses on the echelon utilization of power batteries. Phase II involves the disassembly and utilization of waste batteries. Phase III entails the construction of a smart factory. The construction includes lithium battery disassembly workshops, production and processing workshops, raw material and finished product warehouses, etc. Upon completion, the project will process 10,000 tons of lithium batteries annually.
