Hunan Hongwang's Continuous Annealing and Coating Line for Non-Oriented Silicon Steel Used in New Energy Vehicle Motors Successfully Put into Operation

On September 26, 2025, Hunan Hongwang New Material Technology Co., Ltd. successfully commissioned the continuous annealing and coating line (2) for non-oriented silicon steel used in NEV motors!

This line is dedicated to the production of continuous annealing and coating products of non-oriented silicon steel for NEV motors, capable of manufacturing thin-gauge non-oriented silicon steel for NEV drive motors, as well as high-grade, high magnetic induction non-oriented silicon steel; the maximum process speed of the line is 150 m/min, with product specifications of 0.15-0.35 mm (thickness) x 800-1,300 mm (width), and an annual production capacity of 250,000 mt/year.
