Lexus Shanghai Plant Die-Casting Workshop Completes First Hoisting, H1 Sales in China Reach 85,000 Units

[SMM Express] According to reports, the die-casting workshop section of the Shanghai Lexus new energy vehicle project recently completed its first hoisting operation. Previously, Toyota Motor had clearly stated that the Lexus Shanghai plant will focus on the R&D and production of BEV pure electric car models, marking the first application of Toyota's latest technology outside Japan. The new plant will be equipped with a large integrated die-casting workshop.
