On the evening of October 19, ONVO — NIO Inc.'s sub-brand — announced that it had reached a major milestone with the delivery of its 100,000th vehicle.

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On the evening of October 19, ONVO — NIO Inc.'s sub-brand — announced that it had reached a major milestone with the delivery of its 100,000th vehicle. Just days earlier, on October 15, the company had hinted that it was on the verge of achieving this landmark.

ONVO's delivery trajectory has shown remarkable acceleration since its market debut. The brand crossed the 10,000-unit mark in November 2024, reached 30,000 in February 2025, and surpassed 50,000 by June. As of the end of September, total deliveries stood at 90,279 units, putting the 100,000-unit milestone within immediate reach. September alone saw a record 15,246 units of deliveries — ONVO's best monthly performance yet — paving the way for this achievement.

ONVO currently offers two models — the L60 and L90. The brand's debut model, the ONVO L60, hit the market in September 2024, is available in standard (555 km range, from 206,900 yuan) and long-range (730 km, from 235,900 yuan) variants. Its second model, the L90, going on sale in July 2025, is priced between 265,800 yuan and 299,800 yuan for full purchase, with a more flexible battery leasing option ranging from 179,800 yuan to 213,800 yuan.

According to ONVO, the L60 has earned the trust of more than 70,000 users since its launch. Meanwhile, the larger L90 has set a record for the fastest delivery ramp-up among full-size electric SUVs, with 21,626 units handed over within just two months.

ONVO's rapid rise has been strongly supported by NIO's well-established service and energy infrastructure. Sharing NIO's extensive charging and battery-swapping network, ONVO drivers have access to 3,507 battery swap stations and 27,276 chargers across China. Of these, 1,002 are highway battery swap stations forming a vast network that spans nine north-south and eleven east-west expressway corridors across 16 major city clusters — connecting 550 cities nationwide. On average, a highway battery swap station can be found every 180 kilometers.

Beyond energy services, ONVO also benefits from NIO's nationwide network of over 300 service centers. The brand itself has expanded rapidly, now operating more than 400 retail and showroom locations across over 130 cities in China.

World's First Mass-Produced Sodium-Ion Battery Passenger Vehicle Officially Unveiled
On February 5, Changan Automobile unveiled its global sodium-ion battery strategy, and the world's first mass-produced sodium-ion battery passenger vehicle was officially introduced. Test data shows that the vehicle equipped with CATL's sodium-ion battery delivers nearly three times the discharge power compared to conventional lithium iron phosphate vehicles with the same battery capacity under -30°C conditions. In extreme cold environments of -40°C, it maintains over 90% capacity retention, and it can still discharge stably even at the extreme low temperature of -50°C.
