Recent reports indicate that Sanhua Intelligent Control has secured a large order from Tesla for humanoid robots, with a value exceeding 5 billion yuan. A representative from Sanhua Intelligent Control's securities department stated that the company's robotics business is progressing smoothly but declined to comment on market rumors. Sanhua Intelligent Control serves as a Tier 1 supplier for Tesla's new energy vehicles, primarily responsible for supplying components such as thermal management systems. Regarding humanoid robots, although Sanhua Intelligent Control has never officially confirmed its role as a supplier for Tesla's Optimus robot (due to strict confidentiality agreements between Tesla and its suppliers), comprehensive information from various channels suggests that Sanhua Intelligent Control is responsible for several core joint drive components for Tesla's robots and provides supporting supplies at Tesla's key production sites (Hangzhou Bay and Mexico).
