Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On October 9 local time, IM Motors, the new energy vehicle maker under SAIC Motor, Alibaba, and Zhangjiang High-Tech, officially entered the Singapore market, launching two key models—the IM5 (overseas version of the IM L6) and IM6 (overseas version of the IM LS6), according to a post on IM Motors' WeChat account.

The opening of its flagship showroom at 11 Leng Kee Road marked a pivotal step in the brand's global expansion and its entry into right-hand-drive markets, reinforcing its strategic footprint across Southeast Asia.

IM Motors has partnered with Eurokars EV, a subsidiary of Singapore's largest privately owned automotive group, Eurokars Group. Drawing on Eurokars' four decades of experience and reputation for premium customer service, the collaboration aims to expand IM Motors' presence in one of the world's most competitive and tightly regulated automotive markets, offering Singaporean customers premium NEV products and personalized services.

IM Motors said the dual model launch and the opening of IM Motors' flagship showroom in Singapore mark a significant milestone in the company's global journey. As a strategic hub for Southeast Asia's premium automotive market, Singapore serves as both a proving ground for IM Motors' technological strength and a showcase of its growing international presence. Moving forward, the carmaker plans to accelerate its overseas expansion and bring its intelligent mobility innovations to a broader global audience.
