Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On September 29, Zeekr, a new energy vehicle brand under Geely Holding, officially put its new flagship SUV, the 9X, onto the market, introducing four variants priced between 465,900 yuan and 599,900 yuan. For a limited period, buyers can access promotional trade-in benefits worth 10,000 yuan, bringing starting prices down to 455,900 yuan.

The Zeekr 9X debuts a new styling direction for Zeekr, with a boxy, upright silhouette. Its split headlight design integrates with the squared-off front fascia, giving the SUV a bold and imposing presence. A roof-mounted LiDAR sensor hints at strong intelligent driving capabilities. Buyers can choose from seven exterior colors, including Polar White, Midnight Black, Glacier Silver, Twilight Purple, Starry Grey, Black Knight, and Wilderness Green.

From the side, the SUV carries a minimalist profile, with smooth body lines paired with a glossy black roof and mirrors for a sporty contrast. Chrome trim around the windows and massive 22-inch forged wheels add a touch of elegance and luxury. The Black Knight edition goes further with full black paint, darkened multi-spoke wheels, and red brake calipers, amplifying its performance-inspired look.

The Zeekr 9X's proportions have drawn comparisons to ultra-luxury SUVs like the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, earning it the nickname "the Cullinan of Hangzhou Bay." At the rear, a ring-shaped taillight cluster provides stronger visual identity than the more common through-type designs, with Zeekr lettering integrated into the center. The vehicle measures 5,239 mm long, 2,029 mm wide, and 1,819 mm tall, riding on a 3,169 mm wheelbase.

Inside, the cabin is dominated by dual 16-inch OLED displays for the driver and front passenger, complemented by a 47-inch augmented reality head-up display. The infotainment runs on Qualcomm's 8295P chip and integrates wireless charging and physical shortcut keys. Luxury touches include hand-polished Nordic wood trim and a 32-speaker Naim audio system with a 9.2.4.8 configuration, delivering up to 3,868 watts of output.

The SUV adopts a six-seat layout in a 2+2+2 configuration. All seats offer multi-way electric adjustment along with heating, ventilation, and massage. A 17-inch 3K rear entertainment screen serves second-row passengers, who also enjoy "zero-gravity" chairs that can rotate 180 degrees. Eight vibration modules are linked to screen content for immersive experiences, while a detachable control screen doubles as a remote.

For driver assistance features, the new model offers two configurations. The G-Pilot H7 package integrates NVIDIA's Thor-U chip with 700 TOPS of computing power, while the G-Pilot H9 version doubles that with two chips delivering 1,400 TOPS. In total, the SUV carries 43 perception sensors, including one 520-line long-range LiDAR and four solid-state LiDAR units.

Built on Zeekr's SEA-S architecture, the Zeekr 9X employs a PHEV-dedicated system on a 900V high-voltage platform. Its 2.0T engine produces 205 kW with 46% thermal efficiency, paired with dual motors rated at 290 kW and 370 kW. Combined output reaches 1,030 kW, enabling 0–100 km/h in just 3.1 seconds. A 70 kWh battery supports 380 km of battery-powered CLTC range, with 6C fast charging allowing 20–80% replenishment in only nine minutes. The SUV also features a 48V active anti-roll bar for improved handling.

The chassis combines a closed dual-chamber air suspension with dual-valve CCD electromagnetic dampers and a 48V active stabilizer bar. It supports not only standard Comfort, Eco, and Sport modes but also seven terrain settings, including grass/gravel, light snow, deep snow, mud, sand, rock climbing, and mountain roads, underscoring its all-terrain adaptability.
