China's Aluminum Output: Sept 2025 Sees YoY Rise, MoM Dip; Oct Liq Al Ratio to Climb

[SMM Aluminum Production] According to SMM statistics, China's aluminum production in September 2025 (30 days) increased by 1.14% YoY but decreased by 3.18% MoM. In September, the proportion of liquid aluminum in the industry rebounded by 1.2 percentage points MoM to 76.3%, while domestic aluminum casting ingot production decreased by 8.67% YoY and fell by 7.94% MoM to around 857,000 mt. In October, the proportion of liquid aluminum in the domestic aluminum industry is expected to further increase.
