According to a September 26 announcement on Golden Feather New Energy's official account, the first batch of "Infinity" all-solid-state lithium-metal cylindrical batteries, developed and manufactured by Golden Feather New Energy, recently passed verification and were officially delivered to a leading international customer, marking a new breakthrough in commercial application. This battery adopts a design scheme of "polymer & oxide all-solid-state electrolyte + lithium metal anode + full-tab cylindrical structure," balancing high energy density, high safety, and wide temperature adaptability. It will assist customer equipment in efficient operation under harsh environments and significantly reduce customer operating costs.

I. "Infinity" All-Solid-State Lithium-Metal Cylindrical Battery
1. All-Solid-State Configuration (No Liquid Injection Process, Electrolyte 0% wt): Utilizes oxide+polymer solid-state electrolyte. The solid-state electrolyte film is combined with the cathode via a thermal composite process, then directly wound into the casing with the lithium metal anode, eliminating the need for a separator and liquid injection process. This removes the safety hazard of flammable organic liquid electrolytes, enabling the battery to operate stably at temperatures above 150°C.

2. Hundred-Meter Level Continuous Production and Winding Process for Solid-State Electrolyte: A single unit of this battery requires continuous solid-state electrolyte film tens of meters long, placing extremely high demands on the mechanical properties and defect control of the solid film. Golden Feather New Energy has achieved hundred-meter level continuous production through a novel composite process, ensuring high strength of the separator, and high consistency and reliability in manufacturing.

3. Gradient Composite Interface Construction Technology: Constructs a gradient interlayer transition structure at the interface between the solid-state electrolyte and the electrode, effectively improving solid-solid contact issues, significantly reducing interface impedance, and enhancing ion transport efficiency and mechanical stability.
4. Self-Limiting Pressure Regulation Technology: Introduces a self-limiting pressure effect, maintaining stable contact between the solid-state electrolyte and the electrodes during cycling without the need for external high-pressure clamping, balancing structural reliability and lightweight packaging.
5. Interface Dynamic Self-Healing Regulation Technology: Interface damage caused by microcracks or volume changes during battery charge/discharge or overcharging can be repaired through dynamic reorganization and self-healing mechanisms, thereby effectively extending cycle life and maintaining stable impedance.

II. "Infinity (Infinity)" Series Quasi-Solid-State Battery Products
The cumulative delivery value of the "Infinity (Infinity)" series quasi-solid-state batteries, independently developed by Golden Feather New Energy, has exceeded tens of millions of yuan, demonstrating Golden Feather's industry-leading R&D capabilities as well as the stable mass production capacity and commercial value of this product series.
1. The "Infinity" Series Batteries Utilize Self-Forming Anode Technology: Energy storage is achieved through the reversible deposition and dissolution of lithium ions on the copper current collector of the anode. Golden Feather's unique interface control technology results in an electrolyte mass fraction of less than 4%, reaching the level of quasi-solid-state batteries. Compared to first-generation lithium metal batteries, this technology eliminates the need for lithium metal foil, significantly simplifying the production process and reducing costs and safety risks. Meanwhile, the anode thickness is significantly reduced, resulting in a battery energy density exceeding 550 Wh/kg and a volumetric energy density exceeding 1200 Wh/L, offering better safety and manufacturing adaptability.
2. Core Technological Breakthroughs in the "Infinity" Battery System:
* Introduced AI4M (AI for Material) to accelerate electrolyte and interface optimization, solving industry challenges such as lithium dendrite growth, anode pulverization, and volume expansion.
* Launched a high-power version (400 Wh/kg, 10C continuous discharge, 20C instantaneous discharge), balancing energy density and high-power output to meet diverse application needs.
* Launched a high-energy-density version (520 Wh/kg, 5C continuous discharge capability), significantly improving equipment driving range.
* Successfully developed a 52Ah high-energy-density large battery cell, achieving a monomer energy density >420 Wh/kg while overcoming the stable cutting and stacking process for large-size, ultra-thin copper foil.
3. Models Covered by the "Infinity" Series Quasi-Solid-State Battery Products: The "Infinity" series already covers multiple capacity models from 8Ah, 16Ah, 25Ah, 30Ah to 52Ah, widely used in scenarios such as drones, electric aircraft, and high-specific-energy power systems.

III. Launch of the Extremely Safe "Shanhai" Series Solid-State Battery, Mass-Producible in Q4 2025
On September 25, 2025, Golden Feather New Energy officially released the new generation extremely safe "Shanhai" series all-solid-state battery. The Shanhai battery possesses ultimate safety characteristics, being as solid as a rock. Even when fully charged and subjected to numerous extreme destructive tests such as gunshot, cutting, high-altitude fall, penetration, and 5x overcharge, it consistently remains stable with no fire or explosion. Test results on a mass-produced 20Ah Shanhai battery in a fully charged state showed: no smoke or fire during chainsaw cutting; after 5x overcharge to 20V and standing for 6 hours, energy release remained controllable and the battery status stable; in a gunshot test, a bullet penetrated the cell with about 1730 joules of energy, and after standing for 5 minutes, the battery remained safe. Additionally, tests including a 40-meter high-altitude fall and nail penetration were all successfully passed.
Practical tests demonstrated the ultimate safety performance of the Shanhai battery under various extreme conditions. Furthermore, this battery can be charged between -15°C and 60°C, fast charging from 10% to 80% takes only 12 minutes, and the cycle life when fully charged exceeds 2000 cycles.
The "Shanhai" series solid-state batteries have been delivered to customers in small batches, with mass production scheduled for Q4 this year at Golden Feather New Energy's Hangzhou base.

IV. Golden Feather New Energy Profile
