China's Molybdenum Concentrates Imports: Jan-Aug 2025 Up 19.71% YoY, Aug 2025 Down

According to statistics from the General Administration of Customs, the import and export volumes of China's molybdenum concentrates from January to August 2025 are as follows:From January to August 2025, China's cumulative imports of molybdenum concentrates reached 38,968.927 tons. Compared with 32,553.025 tons in the same period (January to August) of 2024, this represents an increase of 6,415.902 tons, with a year-on-year growth rate of 19.71%.In August 2025, China's imports of molybdenum concentrates were 4,420.91 tons. On a month-on-month basis, this was a 15.50% decrease compared with 5,232.10 tons in July 2025; on a year-on-year basis, it was a 3.17% decrease compared with 4,285.13 tons in August 2024.
