Typhoon 'Ragasa' Prompts Production, Transport Suspensions; Die-Casting Zinc Alloy Operating Rate to Drop Below 50%

[SMM Express] Today, due to the impact of Typhoon "Ragasa," most die-casting zinc alloy enterprises in Guangdong initiated production suspension measures, with the shutdown period generally lasting about two days. Meanwhile, to prevent potential disruptions caused by the typhoon, some areas in Guangdong will implement transport suspensions starting tonight. Under these circumstances, the operating rate of die-casting zinc alloy enterprises this week is expected to fall below 50%, lower than last week's projection.
