General Administration of Customs: China's Imports of Copper Ores and Concentrates Increased 7.78% MoM in August — Breakdown Data Overview

Data from the Customs Statistics Online Query Platform showed that China's imports of copper ores and concentrates reached 2.76 million mt in August 2025, up 7.78% MoM and 7.45% YoY.

Chile was the largest origin, with imports from Chile totaling 958,654.98 mt, up 27.07% MoM and 5.54% YoY.

Peru was the second largest origin, with imports from Peru amounting to 564,046.06 mt, down 5.01% MoM and 23.58% YoY.
