XPeng Motors Launches Localized Production in Europe, Expands Global Reach

On September 15, XPeng Motors officially announced the launch of its first localized production project in Europe at Magna's plant in Graz, Austria, in Q3 2025, with the first batch of XPeng G6 and XPeng G9 models successfully rolling off the production line. In the future, the plant will also produce more XPeng car models.

Since entering the European market starting with Norway in 2021, XPeng Motors has continued to expand its global presence, now covering over 46 countries and regions worldwide. From January to July 2025, XPeng Motors' overseas sales reached 18,701 units, surging 217% YoY.

It is understood that the XPeng G6 adopts its self-developed "Fuyao Architecture." The Fuyao Architecture utilizes mass-produced integrated front and rear aluminum auto body die-casting technology, using ultra-large die-casting machines to integrally die-cast the front and rear auto body, integrating 161 parts, with a maximum die-casting force of up to 12,000 mt.
