Beijing (Gasgoo)- On Sept. 16, Chinese autonomous driving solutions provider MOGOX signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Tencent Cloud to upgrade its MogoMind large model platform. The partnership will leverage Tencent's cloud services and computing power to enhance MogoMind's capabilities in holistic perception, planning and decision-making, multimodal cognition, and scenario generalization.

The duo aims to build a future-oriented city-level AI network, accelerating the integration of AI into urban governance and public services.

Under the agreement, the two parties will create an integrated framework for flexible computing resource scheduling, comprehensive data empowerment, and multi-scenario adaptation. This framework will serve as the core engine for MogoMind's city-scale AI network, lowering costs while improving efficiency in model training and inference. By boosting data processing and optimizing resource utilization, the system aims to meet high-volume, high-concurrency service demands, enabling real-time services for citizens and supporting AI-powered applications in transportation, urban management, emergency response, and environmental protection.

The companies also pledged to strengthen collaboration in data security R&D, standards-setting, and compliance auditing, ensuring robust safeguards for AI deployment in city-level services. In addition, the partnership will integrate cloud intelligence with vehicle-based sensing to improve model adaptability and reliability in complex environments.

MOGOX said it will work with Tencent Cloud to expand innovative autonomous driving applications across logistics, sanitation, and other sectors, providing a new paradigm for the large-scale deployment and ecosystem development of MogoMind.

World's First Mass-Produced Sodium-Ion Battery Passenger Vehicle Officially Unveiled
On February 5, Changan Automobile unveiled its global sodium-ion battery strategy, and the world's first mass-produced sodium-ion battery passenger vehicle was officially introduced. Test data shows that the vehicle equipped with CATL's sodium-ion battery delivers nearly three times the discharge power compared to conventional lithium iron phosphate vehicles with the same battery capacity under -30°C conditions. In extreme cold environments of -40°C, it maintains over 90% capacity retention, and it can still discharge stably even at the extreme low temperature of -50°C.
