Beijing (Gasgoo)- On Sept. 15, VOYAH, the premium new energy vehicle brand under Dongfeng Motor, officially released the 2026 edition of its DREAM MPV onto the market. The new DREAM lineup is available in two intelligent series – Kunpeng and Qiankun – across five trim levels, with both plug-in hybrid electric (PHEV) and all-electric (EV) variants. Prices range from 329,900 yuan to 439,900 yuan, and deliveries began simultaneously.

The new model debuts VOYAH's Lanhai Intelligent Hybrid System, pairing a 62.5-kWh battery with 350 km battery-powered range (CLTC)—twice that of mainstream hybrid MPVs, said VOYAH. Thanks to an 800V platform and 5C ultra-fast charging, the battery can charge from 20% to 80% in just 12 minutes, or 13 minutes even under extreme temperatures from –25°C to 50°C with VOYAH's self-developed thermal management system.

It is also the world's first MPV with intelligent rear-wheel steering, offering ±10° steering angles that give the 5.3-meter vehicle the turning radius of a compact sedan. The new DREAM features a "crab-walk" mode, which enables easier maneuvering around obstacles.

Inside, the new DREAM offers a spacious 7㎡ cabin (5.3m length, 2m width, 1.3m height). All seats feature enhanced ventilation, heating, and power adjustment, while second-row seats introduce an AI zero-gravity massage function. Other amenities include electric privacy blinds, soft-close doors, AR-sensing tailgate, a 13 L dual-door smart fridge with cooling and warming functions, and a 17.3-inch rear entertainment screen.

The 2026 edition of the DREAM is the world's first MPV to feature Huawei ADS 4 and HarmonySpace 5 smart cockpit systems. The Qiankun edition features Huawei ADS 4 advanced driver assistance system with a 192-line LiDAR and three 4D millimeter-wave radars, with seamless multi-device connectivity via HSpace-Link.

The Kunpeng edition runs on Qualcomm 8295P chips with AI large model technology and Kunpeng Pilot 2.0 smart driving system, integrating 23 sensors and supporting over 230 parking scenarios.

World's First Mass-Produced Sodium-Ion Battery Passenger Vehicle Officially Unveiled
On February 5, Changan Automobile unveiled its global sodium-ion battery strategy, and the world's first mass-produced sodium-ion battery passenger vehicle was officially introduced. Test data shows that the vehicle equipped with CATL's sodium-ion battery delivers nearly three times the discharge power compared to conventional lithium iron phosphate vehicles with the same battery capacity under -30°C conditions. In extreme cold environments of -40°C, it maintains over 90% capacity retention, and it can still discharge stably even at the extreme low temperature of -50°C.
