Nvidia Eyes TSMC's A16 Process for Future Feynman Architecture, First AI-Driven Adoption

Published: Sep 15, 2025 11:46
Nvidia has considered being the first to adopt TSMC's most advanced process, the A16 process set for mass production in the second half of next year (H2), which is expected to be used in the future Feynman architecture. This process will utilize backside power delivery technology. This marks the first time AI applications have driven the adoption of TSMC's most advanced process.
