[Liaoning E-bike Trade-in Information] According to the Liaoning Provincial Department of Commerce, since the beginning of this year, the department has thoroughly implemented the provincial party committee and government’s arrangements for e-bike trade-in programs, continuously intensifying efforts across the province. As of September 10, the province had organized 476 trade-in events, completing the trade-in of 100,740 e-bike units and boosting sales by approximately 207 million yuan.
