Beijing (Gasgoo)- On Sept. 10, Desay SV signed a strategic cooperation agreement with NTT DATA at IAA Mobility 2025 in Munich to jointly develop a new-generation software-defined vehicle (SDV) platform.

The partnership underscores Desay SV's accelerated push to build a localized service ecosystem in Europe, providing strong support for Chinese automakers expanding overseas and helping them compete more effectively in global markets. By combining their expertise, Desay SV and NTT DATA aim to deliver full-chain breakthroughs from R&D to deployment through a "cloud-pipeline-terminal" integrated model.

The new SDV platform will serve as a comprehensive customer ecosystem, integrating vehicles, cloud services, and mobile applications. It will embed artificial intelligence (AI) across the stack to enhance personalized cockpit experiences, support advanced smart driving decisions, and enable natural language and multimodal interactions. Development on the platform will also enable full lifecycle services, allowing continuous product iteration and reinforcing competitiveness in overseas markets.

Moreover, Desay SV for the first time, partnered with a local digital AI and infrastructure company. Leveraging its hardware platform engineering expertise and NTT DATA's modular AI enhancement capabilities, the companies aim to pioneer a new collaborative model for the global automotive industry's transformation.
