Scrap-Based Anode Plate Producers See Operating Rate Rise Amid Environmental Inspections End and Copper Price Rebound

[SMM Copper News] After environmental protection inspections in some regions ended on September 3, some enterprises resumed production. Coupled with the rebound in copper prices and the increase in recycled copper raw materials supply, the operating rate of scrap-based anode plate producers stood at 48.89% this week, up 4.57 percentage points WoW. The operating rate is expected to rise further by 1.5 percentage points to 50.39% next week.
