[North China and Central China Vehicle Operation Restrictions Lifted] It was learned that from late August to early September, due to the Tianjin SCO Summit and the Beijing military parade, vehicle transportation restrictions were imposed in regions such as Hebei and Henan starting last week. These restrictions primarily targeted vehicles with National V and lower emission standards, prohibiting their entry into factories. During this period, the transportation cycles for lead ingots and lead-acid batteries were extended. The military parade concluded yesterday, and today, vehicle transportation in the affected areas has returned to normal.
