Through regular market strategy meetings and production-sales coordination sessions, it strengthened market analysis and precisely aligned automotive steel orders, ensuring a month-end contract arrival rate exceeding 100%. By capitalizing on the integrated management advantages of Pangang's ordinary steel division, it established a market-production linkage mechanism to guarantee efficient and orderly production organization. This significantly improved delivery rates for key users and critical products, greatly enhancing user satisfaction.
