Jiangsu Zhuohao Machinery Plans to Establish 8,000 mt Aluminum Alloy Die-Casting Parts Production Project

Recently, Jiangsu Zhuohao Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangsu Zhuohao Machinery") plans to construct an annual production project of 8,000 mt aluminum alloy die-casting parts. The project involves the procurement of 12 sets of 300-1250T horizontal cold chamber die-casting machines, along with supporting equipment such as spray machines, robotic arms for part extraction, and melting furnaces.

The new project site is located at Liuxi Street, Zheliu, Lingkou Town, Danyang City, with a total planned investment of 100 million yuan. The company intends to purchase the existing land of 11,503.5 m² from Danyang Feiyang Garments Co., Ltd., utilizing the idle factory building (with a construction area of approximately 7,500 m²) and constructing a new factory building (with a construction area of about 1,860 m²) for the project. The main raw materials include aluminum alloy ingots, plastic powder, and water-based electrophoretic paint. The production process involves centralized natural gas melting furnaces, natural gas melting and holding furnaces, horizontal cold chamber die-casting machines, CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, trimming machines, drilling machines, tapping machines, grinding tables, belt sanders, shot blasting machines, electrophoretic coating lines, and powder coating lines.
