Zhengzhou Songshan New Material's Secondary Aluminum Project Becomes Focus of Henan Province's Green Transformation

Recently, the annual 100,000 mt secondary aluminum production and construction project of Zhengzhou Songshan New Material Technology Co., Ltd. has become a focal point in Henan Province's secondary aluminum sector, thanks to its clear planning and solid implementation progress. The launch of this project not only marks a critical step for Songshan New Material in the field of recycled resource utilization but also injects new vitality into the green transformation of the regional aluminum industry.

According to reports, the project is located in Gaocheng Town, Dengfeng City, Henan Province, with a total planned investment of 120 million yuan. Its core objective is to establish a specialized production line with an annual output of 100,000 mt of secondary aluminum alloy, efficiently converting secondary aluminum resources to meet market demand for high-grade aluminum alloy materials.

The project adopts a phased implementation strategy. The first phase will initially achieve an annual capacity of 50,000 mt of secondary aluminum alloy, laying a solid foundation for subsequent expansion. In terms of construction philosophy, the project fully embodies the concept of "efficient resource utilization" by renovating the existing workshops and facilities of Yangcheng Branch of Henan Yongdeng Aluminum Co., Ltd., significantly reducing new construction costs while shortening the construction period, thereby achieving dual improvements in economic and resource efficiency.
