[Gotion High-tech: Plans to Invest 4 Billion Yuan in Building Wuhu Gotion 20GWh New Energy Battery Base Project]
Gotion High-tech announced that the company plans to invest in the construction of an annual 20GWh new energy battery base project in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Wuhu City, Anhui province, with a total investment not exceeding 4 billion yuan. The investment will be implemented by the company's controlling subsidiary, Wuhu Gotion Green Energy Co., Ltd., with funding sources including self-owned and self-raised capital as well as other financing methods. The project is expected to have a construction period of no more than 24 months from the commencement date, aiming to meet the demand of strategic customers, expand the capacity scale of new-type lithium batteries, enhance the company's comprehensive competitiveness, and align with its strategic development plan.
