[SMM Copper News] Due to policy uncertainties in the secondary copper industry, coupled with environmental protection inspections in some regions, copper anode producers using scrap implemented production cuts to varying degrees or even suspended operations to wait and see in China. This week, the operating rate of copper anode producers using scrap stood at 44.32%, down 7.78% WoW. The operating rate is expected to rebound slightly by 1.37% to 45.69% next week as environmental protection inspections conclude.
