According to the SMM survey, domestic copper cathode production in August only saw a slight decline of 2,800 mt. However, due to policy impacts, the supply of scrap-derived anode plates decreased significantly. Coupled with the intensive maintenance period after September, we anticipate copper cathode production will drop sharply by 52,500 mt in September and remain at low levels in October.
