Magnetite Mines Limited has launched a renounceable rights issue to raise up to US$2.65 million. The move is part of the company's strategy to support its ongoing projects, including the Razorback Iron Ore Project, which is expected to benefit from growing demand for high-quality iron ore products.

The Razorback Iron Ore Project, located north of Adelaide (Australia), is an early-stage magnetite project capable of producing high-grade, direct-reduction-grade (DR-grade) iron ore for mild and zero-carbon steel production. The first phase will produce 5 million tonnes per year, and the second phase will produce 10 million tonnes per year. The Razorback Iron Ore Project, comprised of the Razorback and Iron Peak deposits, holds probable ore reserves of 2 billion tonnes.
