The environmental impact assessment for the "Hubei Laisitong Circular Technology Co., Ltd. Comprehensive Recycling and Utilization of Scrap Lithium Batteries Project" is undergoing its first information disclosure. The project is located in the Hubei Yingcheng Economic Development Zone, Yingcheng City, Xiaogan City, Hubei Province, covering an area of 157.73 mu (approximately 26 acres), with a total construction area of 77,084 square meters. It includes the construction of new crushing and sorting workshops, leaching workshops, extraction workshops, evaporation and crystallization workshops, water treatment workshops, warehouses, tank areas, public auxiliary workshops, and an office building. Two comprehensive recycling and reutilization production lines for scrap lithium batteries will be constructed in phases.
