SMM Copper News: Anticipated Policy Changes Prompt Copper Smelters to Stockpile Materials, RCs to Decline in September

[SMM Copper News] According to SMM, due to anticipated changes in the policies for the secondary copper industry, copper cathode smelters worry about the future supply of materials and are stockpiling blister copper and anode plates. It is expected that the RCs for blister copper and anode plates in China will fall to a low level in September.
