II. Eligibility Requirements for Registration

1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

2. The registrant must not be a person subject to enforcement for dishonesty listed by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or credit information sharing platforms at various levels.

3. The registrant shall use automobile transportation, with all vehicles being NEVs or vehicles meeting the China VI vehicle emission standards.

4. This procurement accepts producers.
