Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On August 25, the Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance ("HIMA"), the smart car alliance led by Huawei, announced that its cumulative deliveries had surpassed 900,000 vehicles.
The company also reported that its assisted driving systems had logged more than 1.67 billion kilometers over the past six months, helping prevent over 2.15 million potential collisions.
In July 2025 alone, HIMA sold 47,752 vehicles across its five sub-brands—AITO, LUXEED, STELATO, MAEXTRO, and SAIC—reflecting the breadth of its growing portfolio.
One of the latest additions is the SAIC H5, the first production model co-developed by Huawei and SAIC Motor. Pre-orders opened on August 25, with an official market launch scheduled for September. The model will be available in both REEV (range-extended electric vehicle) and BEV (battery electric vehicle) versions. The REEV variant pairs a 1.5L generator with a battery-powered CLTC range of 230 km and a combined range of over 1,300 km. The BEV version comes with either a 64.6 kWh or 80 kWh pack, offering CLTC ranges of 535 km and 655 km, respectively.
Meanwhile, the MAEXTRO S800—jointly developed by Huawei and JAC Group—hit the market on May 30, offered in four trims. Select variants are available in both BEV and REEV configurations, with prices ranging from 708,000 yuan to 1,018,000 yuan. Within just 87 days of market launch, the flagship secured over 12,000 units of firm orders, underlining its strong reception in the high-end NEV segment.
