The purchaser of this procurement project, the 2025 September Xichang Gangvan Iron Ore Concentrates (PGWZMYHHD250822232206) procurement, is the Minerals Business Division of Pangang Group Materials Trading Co., Ltd. The funds for the procurement project are self-raised. The project now meets the procurement conditions, and a public single-round negotiation is now being conducted.

3. Bidder Qualification Requirements

3.1 Joint ventures are not allowed to bid in this procurement.

3.2 This procurement requires bidders to meet the following qualification requirements:

(1) Production-type business license

(2) Circulation-type business license

3.3 This procurement requires bidders to meet the following registered capital requirements:

Registered capital for production-type bidders: 5 million yuan (or more)

Registered capital for circulation-type bidders: 5 million yuan (or more)

3.4 This procurement requires bidders to meet the following performance requirements:

3.5 This procurement requires bidders to meet the following capability requirements, financial requirements, and other requirements:

Financial requirements: The supplier's registered capital shall be no less than 5 million yuan and no less than 30% of the total non-tax amount of the bid for this project.

Other requirements: New suppliers or new supply varieties must pass the evaluation by the entrusting party and provide detection reports for raw and fuel materials samples.

3.6 For projects that must be tendered according to the law, bids from persons subject to enforcement for dishonesty are invalid.
