II. Qualification Requirements for Registration

1. The applicant must be an independent legal entity within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
2. The applicant is not listed as a discredited executor by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or various credit information sharing platforms.
3. The applicant accepts the payment method of the project (payment after account hanging, cash transfer).
4. When using road transportation, all carrier vehicles must be NEVs or vehicles meeting the China VI vehicle emission standards.

III. Registration Method

  • Suppliers must respond to the notice within the specified time frame, log in to the electronic tender and bid system ( ), unregistered suppliers need to complete registration first, then click "Register Now" for the corresponding procurement notice, and fill in the relevant information.

SMM, February 6 - According to SMM’s investigation of market information, a large smelter in northern China began public bidding for a certain quantity of indium ingots and bismuth ingots starting yesterday. Market sources indicate that the starting price for these indium ingots exceeds 4,000 yuan per kilogram, while the starting price for bismuth ingots is above 150,000 yuan per ton. The bidding results are expected to be announced before the Spring Festival. Market participants note that, given the clear trend of sluggish trading activity ahead of the Spring Festival, the timing of this bidding is not ideal.
