Separator Price Remained Stable This Week

This week, the price of wet-process separators is expected to remain stable. The mainstream quotations for 5μm, 7μm, and 9μm products are maintained at 1.35 yuan/m², 0.76 yuan/m², and 0.74 yuan/m², respectively; the mainstream quotations for dry-process 12μm and 16μm products have reached 0.45 yuan/m² and 0.44 yuan/m², respectively. Supply side, due to the long expansion cycle in the separator industry, the capacity accumulated in the early stage is still being released, and the overall market remains in a state of supply surplus. Demand side, it benefits from the support of demand in the power and ESS battery markets, and the procurement orders of battery cell enterprises continue to grow steadily. In summary, the price of separators is expected to remain stable in the short term, with a low probability of significant fluctuations.
