[This Week LCO Prices Witnessed a Significant Increase]
This week, driven by a significant rise in the price of battery-grade lithium carbonate, LCO cost support strengthened, leading to a noticeable increase in prices. The mainstream quotations for regular LCO products remained at 230,000 yuan/mt, with actual transactions mostly concentrated around 225,000 yuan/mt. Overall, market demand improved. Q3, being a traditional peak consumption season, saw an increase in stockpiling intentions among downstream battery enterprises, providing strong support for LCO cathode demand.
