According to Australian media reports, Fenix Resources has completed the first shipment of 60,000 wet metric tons (wmt) of iron ore lump products from the Beebyn-W11 mine in the Weld Range new iron ore project in Western Australia, with an iron grade of 62%. The cargo was transported from the Beebyn-W11 iron ore project to Geraldton Port using a four-carriage road train owned and operated by Fenix's subsidiary, Newhaul Road Logistics (hereinafter referred to as "Newhaul"). To support Fenix's expanding mining volume, Newhaul has built a new state-of-the-art transport truck service and maintenance workshop, office facilities, and a driver wellness center on a 30-hectare site in the Narngulu Meru commercial and industrial zone in Geraldton. The Beebyn-W11 iron ore project is Fenix's third operating mine, with current plans for annual production of 1.5 million mt in the 2026 fiscal year
. As a result, the company now operates at a total annual rate of over 4 million mt across three mines, handling mining, transporting, loading, and shipping. Fenix Executive Chairman John Welborn stated that the company's annual iron ore production has tripled while continuing to reduce operating costs
