II. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity or other organization within the territory of the People's Republic of China;

2. The registrant shall have the capability to respond to the tender project.

3. The registrant shall not be listed on the "Credit China" website by the Supreme People's Court as a dishonest person subject to enforcement.

4. The registrant shall have the transportation capability for NEVs or vehicles meeting National VI emission standards or above.

5. Producers are acceptable for this procurement.
