II. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity within the territory of the People's Republic of China; the bidder shall have the capability to respond to the tender project.

2. The registrant shall not be listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or credit information sharing platforms at various levels.

3. The registrant may register for individual items of the procurement content and specify the specific material codes and names.

4. If the registrant is a non-producer, it must upload the authorization letter from the producer, the authorization period, the tax payment certificate for resource tax of the mining enterprise, and the contact information of the producer.

5. If the registrant uses automobile transportation at the JISCO headquarters, all carrier vehicles must be new energy vehicles (NEVs) or vehicles that meet the China VI vehicle emission standards.

III. Registration Method

• Suppliers must respond to the advance notice within the specified time frame, log in to the electronic tendering and bidding system (). Unregistered suppliers need to complete the registration first, then click "I Want to Register" for the corresponding procurement notice and fill in the relevant information.
