II. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

2. The registrant must not be listed as a dishonest debtor on the "Credit China" website by the Supreme People's Court.

3. The registrant shall accept the payment method of the bid inviter.

4. The registrant shall have the capability to ensure supply in response to the tender project.

III. Registration Method
