【SMM Steel】EU to Negotiate Steel Export Quotas with US Post Trade Deal

【SMM Steel】German Chancellor Friedrich Merz stated the EU will negotiate steel export quotas with the US to avoid steep tariffs. While the July trade deal set a 15% general tariff rate, steel and aluminum still face 50% duties. Merz highlighted the need to finalize quota terms to protect EU exports.
