Energy Fuels Inc. has commenced a $104 million expansion of its White Mesa mill in Utah, aimed at establishing commercial-scale production of dysprosium, terbium, and other rare earth oxides. These new circuits represent another step in the company's strategy to build a Western "mine-to-magnet" supply chain from mineral sand deposits to rare earth processing, metals, alloys, and permanent magnets.
