Recently, the first phase of the new energy aluminum die-casting project invested and constructed by Anhui Haofang Electromechanical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Haofang Electromechanical") has entered the equipment debugging and production stage. According to Gao Jianhui, deputy general manager of Haofang Electromechanical, the construction of the factory for the first phase project has been basically completed, and the first batch of production equipment has successively arrived and begun debugging production work. After the first phase of the project is put into operation, it will have an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons of aluminum castings. The Haofang Electromechanical new energy aluminum die-casting project is located in the high-tech zone of Bengbu City, Anhui Province, with a total investment of 2 billion yuan, and is expanding within the existing factory area. The plan includes the construction of a new factory building of 55,000 square meters and the purchase of 200 sets of various production equipment. In terms of the layout of the production lines, it will establish 9 high-pressure casting lines, 7 gravity casting lines, 2 low-pressure casting lines, and 12 machining lines. Once the entire project is completed, it will have an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons of aluminum castings.
