APALT plans to acquire 100% equity interests in two companies in France and Denmark for 1.533 million euros

APALT announced in the evening of July 30 that it plans to acquire 100% equity in two companies, Alunited France SAS and Alunited Denmark A/S, through its wholly-owned subsidiary APALT Hong Kong, with a cash payment of 1.533 million euros. After the completion of this equity acquisition, APALT Hong Kong will increase its capital investment in the target companies by 1.467 million euros for production and operation. Upon completion of this transaction, the company will hold 100% equity in Alunited France and Alunited Denmark through APALT Hong Kong.
