[Nanjing's 13 Residential Land Parcels Sold for Nearly 6.9 Billion Yuan, with 2 Parcels Achieving Premium Rates Over 30%]
On July 30, Nanjing offered 13 residential land parcels for sale, with 3 parcels sold at a premium and 10 parcels sold at the base price, totaling 6.892 billion yuan.
Among them, the most sought-after residential land parcel in Gulou District was acquired by Wenzhou Qianyi Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (Beigu Holdings) after 89 rounds of bidding, with a total price of 373 million yuan, a floor price of 40,125 yuan/m², and a premium rate of 32.74%. The residential land parcel in Moling Street, Jiangning District, was acquired by Nanjing Langyi Real Estate Co., Ltd. after 43 rounds of bidding, with a total price of 166 million yuan, a floor price of 14,755 yuan/m², and a premium rate of 33.87%. The residential land parcel in Qinhuai District was acquired by Jiangsu Xiangyu Real Estate Co., Ltd. with a total price of 1.164 billion yuan, a floor price of 27,088 yuan/m², and a premium rate of 0.17%.

This week, ferrous metals were in the doldrums, with coking coal and coke staging a mid-week rise. At the beginning of the week, financial markets experienced sharp fluctuations, dragging down sentiment in the ferrous chain and leading to a pullback in futures. Mid-week, Indonesia's cut to coke production quotas drove coking coal and coke futures to lead the gains, though the impact was more pronounced on thermal coal, while coking coal's rise was largely sentiment-driven and short-lived. In the latter part of the week, finished products continued their seasonal inventory buildup, and support from the raw material side weakened, causing the entire ferrous chain to pull back. In the spot market, with the Chinese New Year holiday approaching, purchasing activity slowed down further, with end-users only making limited, as-needed purchases at low prices.
