2. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

2. The registrant must not be listed as a dishonest debtor by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or any credit information sharing platform at any level.

3. The bidder shall have the capability to respond to the tender project.

4. The bidder shall use automobile transportation, and all vehicles used for transportation shall be NEVs or vehicles that meet the China VI vehicle emission standards.

5. This procurement accepts producers.
